Dear Guests,
We are pleased to announce a complete renovation of our hotel, aimed at further enhancing your experience with us. These works will take place in several phases to minimize inconvenience to our guests.
Phase 1: Closure in October
- Period: The entire month of October
- Affected Areas: The entire property — the hotel, restaurant, spa, and wellness center — will be closed for the start of the renovation works.
- Operations: During this period, only reservations made through our website will be possible. We will use this time to prepare for the upcoming renovation phases.
- Important: Calls and emails will be handled starting October 23, 2024. There will be no gift card mailings before October 24, 2024.
Phase 2: From November to January
- Affected Areas: Reception, breakfast room, superior rooms, and junior suites.
- Operations: During this period, the reception and breakfast room will be temporarily closed for renovation. A temporary reception will be set up in the restaurant to welcome you and meet your needs. Rooms in the buildings not affected by the works will be available for booking to minimize noise disruptions.
- Breakfast: Breakfast will be served in our restaurant.
- Works: The renovation works will take place only on weekdays, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. There will be no works on weekends.
- Safety: Outdoor signage and safety measures will be implemented throughout the property to ensure everyone’s safety during this period.
Phase 3: From February to the end of April
- Affected Areas: Rooms in the Barrage and Îles buildings.
- Operations: The newly renovated reception and breakfast room will be fully operational. During this phase, rooms in the Barrage and Îles buildings will be unavailable.
- Restaurant: Our restaurant will remain open throughout the renovation and will continue to offer its usual services.
- Safety: Outdoor signage and safety measures will be maintained to ensure everyone’s safety.
